3. User Accounts

Account Creation

AIMockDraft will offer user accounts and personalized features. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post, activity you engage in, and communications you send through the Platform. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other person's use and enjoyment of it. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or automated access to content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security measures
• Posting offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content
• Spamming or flooding the Platform with repetitive messages
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Distributing malware or malicious code

AIMockDraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIMockDraft, including but not limited to all software, design, text, graphics, and analysis tools. All rights are reserved.

NFL Trademarks

AIMockDraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), its teams, or its players. NFL and team names, logos, and marks are the property of the National Football League and its respective teams. AIMockDraft uses these marks for informational purposes only, in accordance with fair use principles.

User Content

Any content you submit, post, or upload to AIMockDraft (including mock drafts, comments, and shared moments) remains your property. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant AIMockDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operational and marketing purposes.

No Affiliation

AIMockDraft is an independent platform not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Football League, NFL franchises, or their official representatives.

No Accuracy Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, predictions, or analysis provided on the Platform. Draft outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and our tools are designed for entertainment purposes only.

User Assumption of Risk

Your use of AIMockDraft is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMockDraft and its creators, owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall not exceed $100, or the amount you paid for any subscription, whichever is greater.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Future Subscriptions

AIMockDraft plans to offer premium subscriptions with enhanced features. When subscription services become available, the following terms will apply.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance. You will be charged the recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate on each renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize AIMockDraft and its payment processors to charge your account for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any billing issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior
• Attempting to compromise Platform security
• Operating a competing service
• Failure to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, and any content or data associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

AIMockDraft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting an updated version on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to any changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the state and federal courts located in the United States.
